Implementation

We had a ton of fun brainstorming these awards, their names, and sketching out what they could look like. Once we landed on our final six, we worked with a 3D artist to render and print the awards so we could photograph them and turn them into scroll-stopping social posts.

Surprise and delight

But we didn’t stop there–we 3D-printed 12 sets of the six models in 6 different languages and sent them to moms and influencers all over the globe. I also designed and oversaw production of custom packaging and stationery to really elevate the award show vibe for the honored moms.

Results

The response to our campaign was overwhelming. The MOMMYs really struck a chord with moms, who are some of the most active users of social media, and their participation opened the flood gates for everyone else to share their own praise and nominations. The MOMMYs was also recognized by Creativity Online and Ad Age for its impact and unique approach to celebrating Mother’s Day.
